Is the infrastructure security assessment a penetration test?
No. The standard assessment is defensive. Offensive testing is only performed after a separate written agreement.
Do we need technical knowledge?
No. We explain results clearly and distinguish between management summaries and technical details.
Can HTS Europa provide monthly support?
Yes. A one-time assessment can be followed by monthly IT and security support.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Both are possible. Many tasks can be performed remotely. On-site support is available by agreement in the local region.
What happens to our data?
We use provided technical evidence only for the agreed evaluation and work in a data-minimizing way.
